Pack up your tiles — The Mahj-On Society is going wine country! 🍇Well, almost.
Join us for a very special Mahj-Away as we spend the day at Haak Vineyards & Winery for an experience created just for our group.
And yes… we’ll be playing MAHJONG in the winery’s cellar!
Our day will include an exclusive private behind-the-scenes tour of the winery and production facility. From vineyard to barrel, we’ll learn about the process that goes into creating Haak’s wines and get a closer look at what happens beyond the tasting room.
Then, we’ll enjoy a private curated wine tasting, sampling a selection of Haak’s award-winning wines — including their famous Madeira, the only Madeira produced in Texas.
After our tour and tasting, we’ll head down to the cellar for lunch, dessert, a glass of wine, and plenty of MAHJONG!

You WILL NEED A LAMP for this location, the cellar is dark.
Players should already know the basics of American mah-jongg and be comfortable playing independently. Please bring your 2026 NMJL card.
